Chris sent Valentine with two new axels and he changed them both on the side of the road with minimal help from me and had me going in a few hours
The best part of this is I did not buy this particular camper from them but they helped me and my wife out anyway.

The service has been second to none, but the quality of the rv has not been quite what is expected. Having what one would think of warranty being declined for poor workmanship just isn’t right. In that I am disappointed.

Dealing with Four Seasons for the purchase of our Solitude was great and very easy considering we lived out of province. They definitely had competitive pricing which drew us to them. All RVs will have issues and need repairs over time. Four Seasons’ staff have been great to deal with when something needed attention. We always get a call back and feel fully supported. As we full-time in our fifth wheel we appreciated their outstanding mobile techs who are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Four Seasons have supported us on warranty claims and pushed back on our behalf with the manufacturer when a claim was initially declined. Their care and attention to their clients is well worth working with Four Seasons.
