My son has been struggling in Math for some time now even been on an IEP and I don't know if Math is part of that but he has anxiety when it comes to school. I am trying to help him feel more prepared when he goes to school.
We have had an excellent experience with Mathnasium. We initially stated using their services because our daughter was slightly behind grade level in math. Since we began taking her to Mathnasium two days a week, we observed a significant increase in her report card math scores. Additionally, our daughter actually enjoys going to Mathnasium, so clearly the education system they use is highly effective. We have already referred several other parents to Mathnasium, all of whom have been very pleased with the results. We plan on remaining Mathnasium customers for the foreseeable future.
I would say my daughter's confidence level is significantly improving. This all also takes a lot of pressure off parenting skills and a better family relationship within the home. Good Job Emily!
My daughter actually enjoys going to tutoring at Mathnasium. She likes that there is no homework so nothing to remember to bring to the next session. She just shows up for a lesson! She earns points and with those points can “buy” snacks so that’s another bonus. I highly recommend.

Both of my daughters love going to Mathnasium twice a week. They have mastered concepts that I would not have known to teach them and that are preparing them for their next grade in school. They look forward to going because of the rewards and the environment is so calm and educational and the staff are just lovely so they always leave motivated and excited to come back.
My daughter feels more confident with math, which was the main goal. Also everyone is very friendly at our location. We’re so glad Mathnasium exists.
We are extremely please with the results , the grades has improved , and my daughter confidence when taking a math exam is much better than before. Emily is wonderful! She is great with the kids and very patient when they are choosing prizes. :-) My son, Declan, rarely complains about going to Mathnasium. The team does a great job keeping it fun while learning a ton. Declan's math skills are growing by the class! It's wonderful to see and he feels a sense of accomplishment each time he goes. Keep up the great work!

Leawood Mathnasium is a wonderful space. They are incredibly warm and welcoming from the moment you walk through the door. The entire staff is fantastic—not only are they great at what they do, but they truly care about the kids.
What we appreciate most is how supportive they are of individual family needs; they genuinely partner with you to find a way to make the program work for your specific situation. Their communication is top-notch, too. Whenever I call/email with a question, someone is always available to help, and any time we've had a scheduling mix-up, they have handled it quickly, easily, and with so much kindness. We highly recommend them!
Its been a great experience. We tried online methods but Mathnasium was definitely the game changer. My kiddo is more confident and is building skills that he was lacking.
Our son has improved in his understanding and is much more confident. There is no feet dragging to go to Mathnasium, and we really appreciate how thorough and positive the instructors are there. Definitely we would recommend.
Both of my daughters have seen significant improvement in math since starting Mathnasium. School didn't say that they were struggling but we could see the lack of interest and confidence when it came to math. Since starting Mathnasium, they even play math games at home and are asking us to give them challenge questions. At the end of the school year, one of my daughters had a 58 point improvement on her iready test.

Our daughter is thriving with the McLean branch staff. Her school isn’t able to keep up with/challenge her but she able to do so at Mathnasium which has been great. We have nothing but praise for Mathnasium!
Mathnasium has really helped our daughter get more confident in her math skills and we saw a huge increase in her test scores after spending the school year getting the extra attention and help. The instructors are great and take their time and give good feedback each session.
Everyone is very friendly at the center. Easy to schedule sessions. A lot of motivation for kids to finish their assignments.
It is a daily learning process, but with a goal at the end of each session.
