I absolutely am pleased with ZeroRez from talking to customer service making an appointment, follow up on carpet cleaning day to carpet cleaning tech!!! The process they use is so much better than the other cleaning services. I'm very picky but this process was very professional! I will defentely recommend then & use again!! I give my ZeroRez experience a 10 out of 10!! Thank you

I am very appreciative of the response to my call saying I was not happy with the outcome of my service in August. This time I notice a very visible improvement. Not sure why this is. The same service man came out this time and both times he was very professional and congenial. I am grateful for your response to come out again. I will continue to use Zerorez and recommend it to others. Thank you.

Our carpets came out fresh & bright without any evidence of residual soap or fragrance.
