Trey was gracious and kind even before he got to my house. I had a question about the bait boxes as I couldn't figure out if Andrew had found them totally empty when he came the day before and the pix that was on his report looked like only one box with bait in it. So, Trey sent Andrew a test and the mystery was solved. Those bait boxes are truly important here as my neighbor/'s black berry infestation keeps many rats staying close to my property line & a chain link fence doesn't deter them from coming on my property. I never want to see a dead rat hanging on my fence ever again.
