They came in sooner than the appointment because of the case severity. I am glad they got the job done, he also performed a thorough inspection that could lead to newer problems sooner or later. Joe is very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.

When I found out my technician retired, I was going to cancel as I mostly keep the service because we were fond of him and his professionalism. Then, we met the “new” guy and he’s equally as friendly and knowledgeable! So we’re keeping the service. We have been impressed by the level of service and the results of the service. I have recommended Terminex to several people and we are happy with the level of service.
Service is excellent. I receive a text the day prior and another one leading up to the appointment. The Technician is friendly, always says hello and does a great job. I than receive an email and my monthly billing. I would highly recommend Terminex.
The termite technician was very thorough and answered all questions including future updates and what we may be looking forward to for future service.
