Technician called to see if he could come early which was great. He's always pleasant and does a thorough job.

Unfortunately, I am not often at home when Terminix comes by for my service. But I am always confident that my service man will always check for anything that may need extra treatment. I was home during this visit and mentioned that I had an inground bees nest at the corner of the building. He gave it special treatment and within two days I have seen no evidence of any bees.
I really appreciate Teresa help in eliminating bugs and pests.

Our technician Troy is good at letting us know when he is coming, if there are any issues which might delay him and when he is done. Troy also keeps us up to date on anything which might be a concern. He is always friendly and cheerful, we both like him as our Terminix tech!
