The thing I liked the most about the service was the knowledge and understanding of my needs from the lead technician. He explained the process to me for all the work that he did and he even gave me steps for ways to treat the carpet on my own.

We were interested in your pet service and when the guys got here, they did a run down of what would be necessary and advised us that it would be more cost effective just to replace the carpet in that room. They didn't charge us anything for the visit. Very much appreciated their honesty and will definitely call them in the future.

Carpets look much better than any of the past cleanings we have had by other companies. Cody, the young man who did the cleaning was very polite, friendly and worked very hard and efficiently. With scheduling and reminder calls, the office staff were also very helpful, polite and efficient. Also, a big plus, no chemical smell. I have already recommended Zerorez to several family members and friends.
