The cleaning of our carpet was great. We moved the majority of the furniture to lower the cost. I would have had the carpet protection put on but your price of $150 is extremely high! We only had the 3 rooms, hallway and stairs done. You wanted $150 to spear carpet protector!

I like that it doesn’t use harsh detergents, chemicals and it doesn’t leave a residue. The whole house smells fresh.

Employees were professional and explained what they would be doing to clean the duct work. It was very non invasive. They took pictures before and after.

The only thing I didn’t like was that they said adding a tip was optional at the end. I paid around $600 for 2.5 hours of work from two people and found that annoying. I understand tipping in restaurants and for valet service but not for this at that cost.

Jessie is a complete professional. I would request him for our next carpet cleaning. He is authentic, genuine and trustworthy.

Arrived within the scheduled arrival window, called me to let me know they were about 15 minutes away. Cleaned stairs and living room carpet quickly and thoroughly. The result was superior!!! Will have Zerorez back again and recommend them to everyone.
