Zerorez was great - on time, professional, and were honest when I asked questions about whether furniture should be moved. We’ll be using them yearly moving forward, they arrived at 8am and were packed up and on their way before 9am. Carpets were completely dry by 4pm and smelled great.

Technician takes the time to protect other things in the home such as hardwood floors and trim. I’ve had other companies that damaged both with the large hoses that are used . Also, everything was perfect when he left and the outcome of the cleaning was excellent. Price was fair .
