The crew (Chuck and Paris) were very polite, considerate and professional. The cleaning was very efficient and saved us hours of performing it ourselves with our single-tank wet-vac. There were a couple spots that did not come as clean as we had hoped, but overall, for 15 year old carpet, it looks pretty good.

Your technician Andrew L. was outstanding. Very efficient, pleasant, knowledgeable, and was prompt. I pointed out my areas of concern, he explained what he could do with the stains and vey soiled parts of carper with heavy traffic area. He did not waist any time, in and out with great results. Love the fresh smell that is noticeable when entering my home.
