I've been trying to get Zerorez to our home for years and I'm so happy that you now service the Latrobe area. The products being kid and pet safe was a huge factor for us as we have a dog and are also conscious of how many chemicals are being used in our home. There was no residue left afterwards and the technician was friendly and professional. He was on time and even called an hour before our scheduled appointment to let me know he was on his way. The employee’s are outstanding…. Explained everything they were going to do the patience and dedication and care given to doing their jobs But the respect they show you as a customer and for your items in your house best crew ever….
Online scheduling was very easy - I could set up the appointment any time of day for and schedule an appointed at a time that was quick and convenient for me.
Our tech, Seth phoned ahead of time to give us a 30 minute window. Once he arrived, he gave us a detailed explanation of what he was going to do and how the products used were also safe for not only us, but for our dog as well. Once Seth got to work, he took great care in moving two pieces of furniture and made sure that there were protectors under the wood legs of the furniture. ( a coffee table and chair) He did an excellent job of making sure he cleaned every inch of the carpet in the living room, dining room, hallway and stairs.
All in all, Seth was extremely professional and knowledgeable about his job. He was very courteous and friendly. Plus he paid some attention to the dog so that’s always a plus!
