I had a rug that contained urine. It had also been outside for a long time. They cleaned the rug and the urine was gone and the colors were as bright as the day I bought it. If you have a rug you don't think can be saved call Zerorez first. You will get an honest assesment wheether to clean or throw away.

we were in the process of moving and we didn’t have much time but a friend recommended Zerorez and we were able to get a scheduled time that would work out for us and when the Truck arrived our technician was very nice we walked him through the entire house and then he set up everything and he took care of every rooms in the house. he did a absolutely great job when he was done the cleaned up we were very happy with what he did everything looked like new. we are glad we used Zerorez everything went smooth and we knew this would help us sell our house.
