My carpeting had quite a few spots that I doubted he was going to be able to get out; however, he was able to remove all of those spots. I will definitely be using ZEROREZ next year and I will be requesting Mark again.

Lance came on time and went right to work. He was personable and professional. He was able to get out most of the long-standing stains in the bedroom carpet and the carpeting in the hall and on the stairs looks new. I like the method Zerorez uses because the carpeting is damp only, not soaked, and dries within twelve hours.

Cleaner was professional and polite. Called about 20 minutes before arriving to let me know he was on the way. Upon arrival he walked me through what his process would be and then got right to work. Great service!

Zerorez came out to clean the ducts and dryer vent in the house we just bought. Josh and Sage did an awesome job. They were professional and friendly.
