The technician was friendly, polite and very thorough. He explained everything before he started. Once he was finished, we did a walk through, touching up a stain that did not completely disappear. My carpets and furniture look fantastic. I will definitely use Zerorez again.

It was a great experience from start to finish. The person who answered the phone explained the process very well. Scheduling was very easy. The person who cleaned my carpets also did an amazing job. My carpets look great and he explained the entire cleaning process as he was doing it. I would highly recommend Zerorez. I will use them again.

Over great, I believe my guy was Paul. He was very pleasant and done great job.

I was so impressed with the service that I received. I was referred by a previous client who was also impressed with her service. My husband was skeptical (I think mostly just cheap) and he did not think it was going to be worth it. I am astonished at how well the spots came out of the couch! I have tried myself to use my at home scrubber and was unable to get results at all. I have three dogs, and the technician made sure to ask questions about where they sit, and offered more services to help protect the fabric from my dogs. It was also a quick service! It did not take all day like I expected haha. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs a refresh with their couches!

Keven, the technician was courteous, knowledgeable, prompt and efficient. Managed to remove some pretty tough stains from my carpet. He deserves a raise!

Well, the best thing I like about it is you don’t use any chemicals my husband has COPD and I’m a severe asthmatic so I can’t take the chemical and the strong smells
