My carpet was soft and plush,only 2 yrs old.Now the carpet is tough,not soft ,why would this happen.

Your guys were so careful with keeping dust limited. Your carpet cleaning rep. was great. My carpets have never been this clean. We have used Stanley Steemer and Sears cleaning before.
