The technician arrived promptly on time and explained all of the processes that he would be performing. He was very knowledgeable about his job and was very friendly. He completed the cleaning to our satisfaction and cleaned up as he went along. The carpet cleaning came out wonderful. He then cleaned our ceramic tile to the point where it looked like it when it was installed 20 years ago!!! Overall we were extremely pleased with this service!!! We would recommend this company!!!
