Great service
We have had our carpets cleaned by Zero Rez several times now and have always been satisfied with the results. The people that come out to clean the carpets have always been professional and well-mannered but this last time we had a young man by the name of Jordan to was the most polite young man that we have met in a long time not to mention that he did a fantastic job. One thing that bothers me though that I thought my bills seemed a little high but I paid it and when I got my receipt I noticed they $25 service charge that I do not ever remember having before. First of all I think if you have a service charge of any type it should be expressed in the quote and secondly to pay a service charge for a guaranteed time or warranty for 30 days is just wrong. I have recommended your company to anyone who looks to have their carpets cleaned but I noticed now I will have to make sure that I remind them of a possible hidden charge unless you start letting people know from the beginning or when he quote is given about a service charge.

Quick and easy to book. Friendly technician. No chemicals that were unsafe for pets other than a set in stain that needed further treatment. Very appreciative that our technician pointed that out so we could keep our pets away from that area. Would definitely use Zerorez in the future.
