David called and said he would be arriving at about 8:15 a.m. Arrived on time and explained the process - told him about my Cat's accident and he gave me a detailed explanation as to exactly what he was going to do. Asked if I had any questions and then proceeded. He went right to work and completed the job in record time. Told me not to open any windows and to keep the heat between 70-72 degrees. My rugs look like they are brand new. Cannot say enough about David and especially the results. Would not hesitate to recommend Zerorez and David. GREAT WORKMANSHIP AND PRODUCT. Thanks.
