Adelina has been my stylist for a solid six years or more. She cuts my hair like no one else has before or since. I am always disappointed when I need a cut on her day off or time away.
Everyone at my SportClips location in Bradenton, FL has always given me great service and a great cut, however Adelina has a technique and style all her own.
I always know what to expect from all the wonderful associates there that Adelina manages, and I have never been let down by their friendliness and professional customer service.
Michelle is always on scene and not afraid to take calls and answer questions to accommodate the guests and her employees. The Bradenton, Cortez location earns a gold star at all my visits. It shows all the signs of a well maintained and well managed retail establishment.
Michelle and Adelina maintain a high level of moral among the all the associates which is reflected by their work ethic and personality. Interactions with the associates is always pleasant and professional.
I consider myself very fortunate to have such an amazing establishment in my area for me to utilize that provides me a smooth running hassle free experience with great results, my favorite hair care products by Paul Mitchell, and of course, and best of all, Manager, Professional Stylist, and future Sport Clips franchisee, Adelina!
