New staff some don’t seem to know what to do appointment board was messed up ap showed 80 min wait I got there there was a bunch of names on the board and there was 2 people in the store
Seemed like they did not know how to remove them and I felt sorry for the boy getting his hair cut next to me the person cutting his hair looked like she did not have a clue and was distracted by the tv

Three people working, we were the one of three people waiting and it took over an hour to get into a chair. Then the hair cut , a simple mans cut, took another hour to perform- the hairdresser was hand cutting when she could have just used the buzzers. She then did a mediocre cut that unfortunately we will have to have fixed at another salon this week. Very frustrating and time consuming for no reason.

Crystal is my favorite. Does a great job and is full of life. Just a nice person that enjoys what she does.
Cut was no where near the picture shown to stylist. When asked to make corrections the stylist “trash talked” about me to my 13 year old grandson while she made attempts to correct the cut. Making an error with his hair is just something that can happen from time to time. Having my grandson tell me all the things she was saying to him was unacceptable.
