I always get good haircuts at Sports Clips, but I am never treated as a loyal customer.
I have been getting my haircut at The same Sports Clips for five years and the last three visits no stylist has ever offered me a punch card or asked if I have one. Before my last visit I contemplated looking for a new place to get my haircut. Why offer punch cards if you really don't intend to make it a part of your ongoing checkout process? I really just may not come back at this point. Very disappointing

Or walk in. I always come in and see Crystal not only a stylest but a friend. She is one of the top stylest in my opinion! But I am sure all stylests are good as well. I always come in with a smile and leave smiling!
