The staff and haircuts are great, as always. The Sports Clips App often just doesn't work, literally. When the App does work, checking in on line is often meaningless. If other "checked-in customers" are late, their haircut still starts and then all those customers who have checked in after that customer have to wait even though they arrived at the time of their assigned check-in.. Over the years, the staff members have frequently expressed their frustrations about the "darn app" and the system. Please either honor check-ins or stop using the App altogether or somehow alert checked in customers that things are running late.
