My first experience with sports clips was not good. The hairdresser could not cut my hair correctly. However, they offered me a free haircut. I came back and gave it a try again. What a difference. This hairdresser knew exactly what to do. Cut it correctly. Even offered me some advice which was very helpful. And then I got a chair massage and a warm towel on my face and a shampoo. Apparently, this was supposed to be included in my first haircut, which I never got. They redeemed themselves
Always pleased with my experience at Sports Clips. Stylist Mel is the bomb. Highly recommended.

Really excellent and Shannon excellent barber. Been going for years. I buy John Paul Mitchell Systems Shampoo especially Lavender Mint are really good - used for years and got away from lousy national brands like VO. JPMSS really does make hair feel better - don't know if I can say it feels silky but it does brush better and feels better. So, for someone like me who will be 84 this December it's tough to admit, but it's true, that a shampoo is so good I'd pay a lot more for it.
