Clean, consistent and considerate. Obviously different stylists are little different. But mostly great service. On the down side it’s not a secret so the wait time can be long but the app does help with that.
Prices are wonderful. I’m not paying $50 for a basic barber cut. So I typically go to sport clips. As good of a haircut no, but for $20 it’s well worth it to me. I wish there were more fade friendly employees. Some can do it. Some can’t. More consistency across employees would be nice. It’s always a roll of the dice with a corporate hair place.
My stylist Melania, is not only good at her profession but she is a truly good person. She takes her time when cutting my hair to make sure I like what she is doing. I like that treatment of respecting the customer that quality, unfortunately, is lost in today's world. To find an employee likw Melania is like hitting the powerball, because she cares about the company,the customer and herself. If I was still in business, I would hire her instantly. She is a hard worker that smiles and wants to do her best job on every single customer whose hir she is cutting.I watch her work and see the dedication she puts forward to make her customers happy. I am now a loyal
