My last visit the stylist did not listen or understand how I would like my hair cut. The stylist cut my hair too short and went too high with the fade.

Every time that I have been to Sport Clips I have been immediately greeted with not only just a friendly greeting, but with a huge smile. They make you feel like your welcome and that they appreciate your business.
Each time the ladies that have cut my hair have been very professional and friendly. They don't make you feel like your just a number to the bottom line.
The last time I went a young lady named Savannah cut my hair, held a friendly conversation during my haircut and made me feel extremely nice.

Reservation process. Checkin app didn’t work properly and led me to believe my preferred location was full and I should go elsewhere. That was not the case. I’m glad I risked being a walk-in.

This is my first experience and the treatment I received from the staff and my stylist Pat were top notch. I will be back!
Professional stylists, fast service, and a welcoming environment. I don't like the god-awful long waits for service when I arrive without signing in.
My last hair cut was one a a few where the stylist is noticeably uncomfortable with cutting my full head of hair with scissors. They always wish to use clippers on the sides to a #4 as opposed to finger length hair trim this was one of the worst equally cuts I’ve had.
Easy to get on the wait list, quick cut, always good quality, nice people.
