Get employees to focus on customers, and not just go thru the motions.
We have had terrible haircut after terrible haircut af this location the past few years. My two boys love it so we keep giving it a chance, I think I’m finally throwing in the towel. We have tried numerous stylists, tried to communicate about some of the past challenges with cuts along the way, tried just rolling the dice and seeing if it would be better. I’m finally throwing in the towel and going elsewhere.

Not a good experience, she cut my hair, and left it un combed or groomed. I had to use my hand to semi push down. Wont be returning to that stylist

that which sucked:
1. software glitch on app/ they would not let me check in without the app, I was getting fed up and ready to walk out
2. pre-fixed high tip amounts on charge: I am a generous tipper, but found this a bit offensive

Mike did an outstanding job. He was meticulous in his approach and listened carefully to what I wanted, then delivered exactly what I asked for. I only had to wait a few minutes after arrival.
