I love using the app, seeing wait times, and joining the line virtually. I always get a great cut and am welcomed when I walk in to any location. I do buy my shampoo and a bottle lasts forever! Well worth it.
Savannah is unbelievable; not only is she nice and patient, but also very proficient and understanding.
Great stylist
Please do not have Lori cut your hair. Worst of my adult life, can't fix it either, it will have to grow back. She did not look at the paper reciept for repeat instructions, she asked "what are we doing today?", that was as I was about to sit in clumps of hair from the customer before me that was not cleaned, so i blew it off before sittong down...As I tried to explain exact what needed to be done, she did not understand and just answered what she thought it meant. Did not edge around my ears, did not square off the back, and when I asked she decided to zero-edge clippers as a fade, and I specifically said no, square off the back, too late. I had to edge around the front of my ears when I got home and around my forehead. She did not understand what a hard-part was and how to cut up to it, then over widened the hard-part to my scalp, that will all have to grow back now... she 1-handed sheared the top of my head and it took 4 attempts after I explained the exact length, did not blend with clippers, but instead blending shears only, I had to asked to be shampooed because she was eagerly wanting me to be done and get me out the door. Chair not adjusted neck strained, she does not know how to wash a man's hair, washed water down my neck and left soap and water dripping down my back and in my ears, asked me what product I wanted and I asked for the items that I buy from the store and use everyday, but she could not find it. She did not know how to use the computer sign-in, yikes. She appeared to be on some sort of antidepressant medication, I felt like I was talking to someone completely out of it, Lori has no business cutting hair, please remove her shears/clippers, or give her the proper training, she was clearly inexperienced...this is my second bad experience in the last 3 visits, I don't think I will be going back :(
Crystal always does a great job with my son. She is so patient and kind, and takes pride in her work. He always comes out with a great cut!

I was very impressed with the professionalism of Adalina and she cut my hair perfectly. She was very personable and at the same time would multi-task by greeting each new customer who entered the store. First time at this location and definitely will be back!
