I love this place and everything about it.
Generally I enjoy my trip here, but unfortunately the stylist and I had a big miscommunication. She printed my history and trimmed my beard. A bit short but I’m new to beards and she made it look pretty good. After that we discussed that I would like to go to an inch or inch and a half on the top with my hair being about 3 inches at the time. My history shows “inch and a half”,”1.5 inches”, and the last time for 1.5” not understanding the “= inches she assumed that it meant clipper size 1.5. Generally I do a right high fade on the sides and she shows me by holding the clipper guard on the side of my head that it would be short. I said ok, let’s go with 2 for now. I closed my eyes and waited for the side trim to start bzzz right off the top!!! We did discuss the difference between inches and guard number but by then the damage was done. While I was greatly disappointed she was still pleasant enough but I’m not sure that my boys or I will be back. I gave a 5 because she was pleasant and the rest of the staff was as well. Being treated well goes a long way with me but this time I was greatly disappointed and happy that I own some hats.
My blending job is terrible , not even at all, left the top too long and my barber was unable to fix it very disappointed I almost feel extorted at this point I had to pay for a hair cut that is terrible

I got a new lady. When I got home my hair dried out some, I still had wings over my ears. It just doesn't look like a $32 haircut.
Kevin was really good with my 19 th old son when I came in.
This was my son's second haircut ever and he doesn't really like people touching his head.
I thought he did a great job especially since my son was very fidgety
