You have wonderful teachers!! I took class from your Teachers in Training last night at Ward, and they were wonderful! They kept everyone motivated with their positive attitude and encouragement. I've never taken a yoga class like the sculpt class before, and it was really challenging and fun! Thank you so much for class!! :-)

The studio is very clean. There are also classes offered very regularly, so if you miss one at 5pm, you will likely be able to catch the next class at 5:30pm.

Love the instructors! Their positive attitude, heart felt sincerity, and energy is infectious! The facilities are nice and clean - it's great to see that the rooms are mopped up right after each class. Would love to see an evening C1.5 class for those of us who work during the day.

It's so convenient how you have all the shower supplies, I'm able to shower and go straight to work after an amazing class with awesome instructors!
