Christina was awesome as the C1.5 instructor. She moved slowly through the flow in order to keep your breathing and poses in sync. She helps to vision well which allows your alignment to stay in check.
Great facility (clean, modern, and well kept), and instructors. Not too crowded.

The staff is knowledge and very friendly. Love when each instructor puts their own personal touch to their classes especially in the C2 classes.
The instructor of the class was amazing! So encouraging. I'd totally recommend code yoga. It was my first time and I loved it! The place is extremely clean and I love the clothing and accessories that you offer.

Invigorating overall production.
When I go to class everyone is very friendly. It feel like I'm being treated like Ohana and I don't even know anyone really. I feel comfortable leaving my stuff in the locker room although I know I should use a lock. I like also how the instructors vary with style. It changes it up so it's not always the same thing. If it was the same thing all the time, I'd get bored and wouldn't like to go.
Convenient location and class times
Cleanliness of studios. Plenty of convenient class times and locations. C2 and sculpt classes are challenging yet FUN! Instructors are clear and precise with their directions.

Instructor was awesome. Pace was fast but she made it understandable. Her assistant was nice as well.
I like the cleanliness of your facilities. Very important to me. I used to goto bikram and it wasn't as clean which is why I stopped going there.
