I had a very good yoga instructor. The instructor allowed everyone to move at their own place and led the yoga class very well with very clear instructions. In addition, the place was very clean and the ambience was nice.

The studio is spacious and clean. The teachers are energetic and knowledgable and share their wisdom of yoga with everyone. Their are ample showers and locker space. I love the style of CorePower Yoga; it's a nice change from the standard practices.

I Like the staff. I like the heated room. I really enjoy sculpt classes. The fact that you can start at a C one level and move up encourages people to start. The people at core power are optimistic and share a joy for living and lifestyle that is healthy and enjoyable to be around.
