I really enjoy the hard work of the sculpt classes and all the different teaches and how they incorporate their own styles into each class

Great big and clean studio, great changing room, classes are always packed, that motivates me. I took three times in this free week, and I loved some instructors who gave me corrections.

I thought it was a great workout. I like instructors that encourage personal adaptations to many of the poses that might be too difficult for participants and I thought the instructor at the second class I attended (I think on a Wednesday) was especially good at making me feel comfortable with my personal abilities. Most of the class was a far younger crowd than me and I can see that this will be popular with younger generations. I visit Honolulu frequently and hope to go again and participate in classes. I doubt there is a CorePower in my hometown of Fairbanks, Alaska otherwise I would be interested further.

Great workouts with awesome music!

Upon my first visit I was very impressed by the facility and friendliness of everyone I met there. Get.ry pleasant and peaceful environment. Ashley was a great instructor. I haven't practiced in years but her guidance and instruction brought back most of the poses I know. I think it would be hard for a true beginner but anyone familiar with true yoga poses should do just fine. Now I just need to regain my flexibility and stamina. :)

Looking forward to more classes.

I dropped in CorePoweYOGa-Ward while I stayed in honolulu on vacation last week.I signed up first week free program.Although I was a litlle bit nervous before I joined lessoons,all yoga teacers has been deeply helpful for me!!

The studio was comfortable, clean, and relaxing all at once. The staff is energetic, inspiring and creative. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, a major source of the injuries I see are from overuse, sprains and strains. I enjoyed the "go at your own pace" mentality offered at CPY. I can't wait to get in shape with great people :)

I have found my sanctuary. The studio is so clean and I always feel better when I've finished a class.

The classroom setting was really wonderful and I enjoyed the instructor. She spent time readjusting my body during class more than once.
