Big, clean studios and unique classes

The studios and bathroom were very neat and clean. Instructors were all very friendly, helpful and genuinely interested in bettering clients. The flow it's self was smooth, great pace and diverse for all ranges of strength and flexibility.
Very clean studio, great instructor, and awesome sculpt class! It was a tough workout but I felt incredible after! :)
I loved how the the C1 class was able to break down each movement while still maintaining a constant flow. The music was fun and i loved that the studio had mirrors to check my technique and posture. The instructor, Allison, was welcoming, clearly conveyed instructions, and made the class a lot of fun!!!

Instructors are knowledgeable and classes are challenging, however I don't do many poses because of an thumb injury. I love the temperature during yoga and appreciate the verbal messaging with the vinyasa flow & the music is awesome.
I enjoy shopping your workout wear when I'm done with class and using your water for refills!

Maggie was very welcoming and the class was great. I would recommend some newer yoga mats for visitors who have to rent them. It was very slippery and the black pieces were breaking off and sticking to me. Otherwise, it was great!
