The instructors are amazing. I have learned so much from practicing at corepower. Emily, Tressa, Abby, Woni and Lisa are all very motivating and inspiring in their own unique ways. I feel my body, mind and soul are all significantly improved when I leave class each day. Truly life changing.

It was my first time trying out yoga, and trying hot yoga for my first time made me a little nervous. I liked the vibe entering the studio, and how helpful everyone was. During my C2 class, Tressa helped me on a pose without making it obvious and awkward to the whole class. Vinyasa is a style that I would totally stick to. Sometimes I forgot to breathe, but Tressa did a great job to remind us when to breathe in and out. After leaving the studio, on my drive home, I could feel the additional stress lift from my shoulders. I was in the best mood all day, and I even ended up sore! I am so happy that CorePower Yoga exists.
