Corepower is life changing!! I am a regular sculpt attendee! Henderson has the best teachers who play the best music and have the most amazing workouts. I love love love Kelly on Wednesday and Thursday, Mari on Tuesday nights!! I love Lisa P's class too and Rohan..... honestly every sculpt teacher is a rock star!! I would recommended it to ANYONE! It is my favorite workout studio in Dallas!

The teachers and their classes are wonderful. I specifically follow Maggie Ma, Tiffany Pr and Megan from this studio. They are my favorite instructors and their classes are phonomonal! My practice has elevated in ways I never knew it could. I am stronger than I have been in years. My mind can focus on class and my breathing is on target like it has never been before. Great studio! Keep up the work with these amazing instructors.

I loved both of the instructors I had. The sculpt class is so different than anything I have done in the past, and it was so much fun! I loved the fun music and fast pace in the first session with Genieve! Thank you so much for the free week, hopefully I can come back often!

The music is amazing! Any and all music. I've been to so many yoga classes and taken teacher training... it can completely take me out of the moment/posture/class when or if I focus too much on the teacher. I know everyone is different, but for me... the music allows me to appreciate the entire flow.. the teacher, the postures, the flow, and the joy of each and every moment. I also enjoyed the candlelight. It's way too easy in Dallas (or any city) to become focused on appearance during any workout or class. Without the bright lights, it's easier to go inward, not to worry about whether your neighbor is holding standing bow longer than you or whether your hair is all out of place. Instead, you can just be. No expectations. No limits. Free, even while in the midst of strangers, even though they really aren't strangers at all.
