Clean, varied hours/schedule, convenient location if you work in the financial district, nearly every instructor I had was great (some were just okay in my personal opinion / did not make me that eager to work out or feel "worth" going at 6:30am). Carly (6:30am on Tuesdays) is particularly amazing, and you can tell how passionate she is about not just leading a class but teaching and guiding others! I'm the most blown away by how coordinated and carefully planned each of her classes is (e.g., playlist, matching the beats with the movement at the right pace, timing of each song end with ending the exercise).

The studio was clean, the class was on time, and it was a great class with a great instructor.
I like the new schedule - weekday evening classes at 6:45 and 7 p.m. and level 1 at 8 p.m. I enjoy the sculpt classes too.
