Instructors always have a good attitude and are very friendly. They will let you know that they are a hands on instructor and if you would not like to be touched, they will respect your space.

One piece of feedback. The studios in Illinois give out cold lavender towels on your forehead at the end of class. I absolutely love this. Would LOVE to see this at the Fremont studio.

The instructor was great and everyone was very friendly. I did find it intrusive that so many people got up and left class early! Disrespectful to the instructor as well as the other students.
Spacious locker area and located in downtown. Classes are run as in other cities so there is familiarity. It was so cool to be black tag and be able to go to classes in San Francisco on my trip there!

When you walk into the studio - it is beautiful! I love all of the jewelry, apparel, and yoga accessories available for purchase. The rooms are nice and spaced out, there's an adorable fire place to make it feel very homey and the facilities are clean and look new! The instructor and all of the staff were very friendly! It was a great first experience.
About the place I like the location, the environment , decoration, front desk , attention, how higienic the things ate taken care,
I work late, so I like the options of the evening classes where other yoga studios usually do not have such late options
I love the flows and how the teachers' instructive corrections to the whole class are at the perfect time: it shows a real understanding of yoga physiology and helps me improve my asana. Plus all the teachers are SO NICE!

Spacious studio easy to get to with classes from early morning to evening. Well stocked store, freindly and knowledgable instructors, clean and well kept shower and locker facilities.

I like the location and the yoga sculpt classes
I had a great experience at CPY Fremont. I participated in 5 sculpt sessions during my free week, 4 of which I did at CPY Fremont, and all of the instructors there were amazing! Different in their own style of teaching the course, I really enjoyed the instruction, the ease into the class, the mix of free weights, cardio, yoga, and the overall reflection of it at the end. As a beginner to Yoga and sculpt, I was nervous about feeling out of place, but that was not the case at CPY Fremont. I can now say I am hooked.
