Good clean environment, great instructors and challenging classes.

I love the music/playlists in the studio - they're always current remixes and what I'd actually choose to listen to in my free time! I also love the option of candlelight yoga AND power sculpt. The classes are empowering without being culty, and challenging without being intimidating. I'm really happy with my Core Power experience thus far, and would love to see even more locations in the city.

I love the instructors! They're thoughtful in their approach and push just the right amount. I used to go to classes elsewhere that felt too easy and others that felt way too challenging (and therefore I had no point being there).

Everyone was very friendly and inviting to newcomers!

Good class availability and a CP membership works at all studios - I live in SD and was in SF for the weekend and was so happy to be able to take a class at the Fremont studio while in SF.

I was visiting on business from Boston where I usually attend class. I took an early morning sculpt class, the instructor was great. A nice welcome, a good pace to the class and great enthusiasm.

Very welcoming to the 3 of us visiting from VA and 1 a first tkmer. A great experience!

amazing yoga instructors and very clean facility

I have been hard pressed to find any studio I like as well as Corepower. I have practiced in your Boulder, Berkeley, and SF studios - each had felt like the "home" I know Corepower to be. The yoga is challenging, the heat/humidity are perfect, and the spaces are always well cared for and designed. Thank you!

I wish there was a class between C1 and C2 as far as difficulty and heat. I also wish there were C1s and C2s offered within the 6:00-6:30 start time. I have to leave work early to make those classes and I would rather have a couple extra 30 minutes in my office! As you guys think about expanding (Joel mentioned 6 more CPYs in the next year...I think there are other locations in San Francisco that would benefit from a studio!)

I really like the music in the classes, the intensity of the YogaSculpt class and the addition of weights.

I love the way way you guys take the Yoga fusion, it is more intersting and feels more energetic!

I usually hate working out, especially going to classes. At many studios around the city you have to go to a workshop just to learn how to do a class which I find ridiculous. There's nothing worse than being in a workout class and feeling like you don't know what you're doing - it detracts from working out because you're focused on not looking stupid. I NEVER feel that way at CorePower. I love that there are different levels of classes where I can learn the poses and translate that to another class to challenge myself.

The frequency of the class schedule. and the instructors are really mellow/helpful/nice.

I like the heated yoga workout and the clean facilities. I feel great after each workout.

I had knee surgery a few months ago and am still recovering, and the instructor was very understanding and even gave me custom moved to do throughout the class without making me feel like I took away from the class! Very engaging, and I felt great afterwards. Highly recommend!
