The efficiency of the office was amazing. From the moment I arrived for my appt until I left I was promptly greeted and informed of the information needed for the dr to assess my case. I was given a diagnosis, informed of the options available for correcting my injuries, and then given all the information needed to schedule my surgery. Dr Kaplan explained, in layman’s terms, exactly what would happen during the surgery and my recovery. I felt very comfortable and confident that he was the one I wanted to perform my surgery!

Service was on time exactly as my appointment was scheduled. Doctor Madden was very professional as all orthopedic associates.

Dr. Kambach ordered X-rays at time of appointment and had results to view and assess prior to seeing me that day. Diagnosed my situation and wrote prescription for 4 weeks PT at place of my choice, and will see me again in 5 weeks for further evaluation. My only complaint was the 4-week wait to get in to see him.
