I have always been very Pleased with the services of JOI even the check in system is great. the Ladies are Pleasant and helpful, plus there is extra help with the lady at the back desk. My Dr 's are awesome. I have had the best experience with OJI, and I don't want to go anywhere else for services.

I was very disappointed with the quality of the medical forms for a car accident I was requested to sign when checking in for my appointment. The three-page document was unreadable. I questioned the illegible form with the front office medical staff person, she apologized but said there was nothing she could do and asked me to sign the highlighted areas. I said I cannot read what I am signing, the form had been copied so many times that the page was crooked, and I could not make out the words or the heading.
I said well, I could do something and shared my concern with Zack, and he said he knew whose attention this could be brought to. My hope is that action will be taken.
The staff was extremely courteous - I was seen within a few days of my request for an appointment.
