The clerical office staff could use some inprobement. The medical staff very good and the Doctor very to the point and very practical when talking about my problem.
Didn’t wait long to get in for my first appointment. Doctor Gould was very detailed and explained things to me that two other doctors never did. He offered an option no one else did.

Although I had to wait a little for my appointment , once I was in room the physician explained all the options for my issue , listened to my questions and had his assistant come in to follow up . A very efficient and pleasant visit .

Dr. Frykberg has already done a hip replacement on the left side. My right side is now requiring replacement and he did a excellent job on my left hip.

The entire staff were understanding, supportive and helpful. Ms. Bardouche, Dr. Keller's assistant has been responsive to both my emails and telephone calls. She ensured all my questions were answered. Dr. Keller, listened to my concerns and provided information regarding my health in terms that were understandable, and patient centered. Dr. Keller was presence throughout my visit. He educated me on my particular health concerned and offered me options. He calmed my anxiety and validated my concerns. It was well worth the several weeks wait to see Dr. Keller.

Very professional friendly staff. Dr Bruce Steinburg did surgery repair on my right hand and shoulder 10years ago. No trouble! Now back for other hand. I wouldy trust anyone else. Was very pleased to go back and see him and some of his staff still around. That says a lot!
