All staff and Dr. Kitay were pleasant and professional. Dr. Kitay listened to and addressed my medical issue while explaining to me what my options were. Once I decided on a minor aspiration of my cyst, he explained what he was doing, while he was doing it, so that I had no "surprises". His JOI office was clean and inviting.
Explained the issue in laymans terms and was personable . Did not encourage the need for surgery. Dr. Madden is kind and thorough.

Very professional. Dr. Ackerman was very thorough and explained everything very clear and and concise and reviewed the course of action. The pet scan team was tremendous and put me at ease with the procedure. Highly recommend the Ackerman cancer center.
