From scheduling the appt to the time I walked out the door, EVERYTHING was run so efficiently. I have never had that kind of experience at a doctor’s office. There was no sitting and waiting. I only wish all of my doctor’s appts were this easy. Dr. Bell was great and if I had another issue I would definitely go see him again, or anyone at JOI, based on my experience. I have been treated by, and remain under the care of, two JOI orthopaedists, Dr. Tim Hastings for my dislocated and broken shoulder, and Dr. Jon Von Thron for a dislocated and broken ankle. I believe they are both excellent physicians. The office is well run. The PAs are professional and skilled.
