This is one of few doctor's office that really have the process down pat. I appreciated the advance form completion (although that needs a little tweaking as they are bug free), checkin, to triage, to xray to doctor visit. Things flowed extremely well considering how busy you guys were so A+++.
Dr Hauser and his staff were so nice and personable . Dr Hauser explained my injury clearly and detailed. I loved the remodeled facility. I have always used JOI in the past and will always use JOI for my orthopedic needs in the future.
