I liked the nurses and Doctor Kaplan. I did not like the fact that they gave my husband the wrong patient's record to fill out on the ipad. Clerks MUST check NAME and BIRTHDATE!!!!!
I also did not like that we were given an appointment to go to MD Anderson for an ultrasound and when we got there was told we had no appointment. But everything worked out and he got the ultrasound. Then the referral for the procedure was never sent to Radiology. But I called and got the appointment.
So Nurses and Doctor--good....

From the person I made the appointment with, the day of arrival I was definitely late due to construction in the area but nonetheless the woman that checked me in said I was just fine. I was taken into see the doctor within ten minutes,,,and Dr. C was fabulous, kind and explained everything in detail. Left feeling good.
