The speed in being checked in. But I made an appointment with the doctor but saw the nurse practitioner instead. He was very knowledgeable but would have preferred to see the doctor at least for the first visit.

My mother is 98 and the care she received was excellent. She needs knee replacement and is in alot of pain with movement. The treatment she received there alleviated alot of her pain.
This was the first time fluid was removed from her knees in all the years she has been treated for her knees no one ever removed the fluid. I am so glad she moved here and she can be treated at JOI. I feel she will have a better quality of life receiving treatment at JOI.

Scheduling was easy, the check-in went smoothly, Alexa who took x-rays was efficient and friendly, Angela the PA (I think) was a good listener and so helpful in explaining the x-rays and of course, I love Dr. Tandron who takes his time and explains the need for further testing and why. So all in all a very good experience. I felt I was in good hands.
This was my first visit to JOI and I was very impressed with the professionalism of everyone from registration to checkout. Dr. Crenshaw was very helpful in explaining my diagnosis and treatment plan.

I was seen on time of my appointment. The lobby staff were very friendly and helpful. Dr. C. was knowledgeable, friendly, and took time to answer all of my questions.
Never have had to wait to be seen while in waiting room. Everyone so professional and very friendly.. Also the wait time to get an appointment is reasonable . Have never had an emergency so in the event of one, don't know if there is a wait for that.
