Professional, thorough
The healthcare providers that I've seen so far in this office are EXCELLENT. I've been treated like I'm exceedingly important, and in no way did Dr. Tandron or the physical therapist Elizabeth Payne seem rushed or distracted. I came into the office experiencing a lot of pain and feeling really nervous, but everyone from the radiology techs to the nurse practitioner are calming and very caring. My family has been using Southeast Orthopedics up until now, when my primary care physician referred me to JOI. I am very appreciative for the upgrade!
The staff ..The lady at the front desk was a wonderful help in the filling out of the IPad info .. and the X-ray tech was super professional as were the staff helping Dr Graham who in himself was terrific.. Not only recommending you all to my friends , but I will also return if and when needed..
I am trying to heal an ankle injury after being sidelined from my normal activities for over 6 months - so it was important to me that I see the doctor, rather than a P.A. Had to wait several weeks for an appointment but once there, I felt that Dr. Vosseller took the time to listen and explain what might help. Reception desk staff are always so kind and friendly.
