JOI Staff work really hard to get me in on short notice. I felt the staff really cared about taking care of me. My experience with you was so smooth and the appointment scheduling was really on point. The Ladies at the front desk were super kind and really efficient. Like I said, I felt taken care of and didnt just feel like a number and pushed out to get to the next patient.

I was expecting to wait because waiting room was full! However, much to my surprise I was seen right away and staff was very efficient in getting me in/out. I wasn’t even there 1/2 hr. and I had X-rays taken.

If you are directly employed by the federal government you are guaranteed to get back pay the appointment times that were made were promptly attended. I was called back shortly before my appointment time and within 5 minutes of the appointment I was seeing the doctor

Dr. McGinley has a great bedside manner as well as being an outstanding surgeon!! He went out of his way to help me with a situation in my transport from the hospital to the rehab facility and I truly appreciate him for it!!

DR. Freeman was great! Kind, and a sense of humor, not stuffy like my last OS. When my insurance company wanted more info I didn’t even have to call. Dr. freeman got right on it and conducted a peer to peer with them and got it straightened out. That was the reason I left UF and switched to Baptist. They did a poor job with paper work and when I pointed out their mistakes they got short with me. When I got a denial from my insurance company they were unwilling to do a peer to peer call. Thank God for good organizations like JOI who are actually working to help heal people and get them out of pain, not make it worse.
