I wasn't sure at first, on arrival, to check in, because of the line. But all moved quickly and smoothly. I was directed to another waiting room and the wait was not long. A good experience.
Everything - staff at check in, nurses and Dr C - all very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Answered all my questions completely and understandably until I had no more to ask.
I think this is the best group of Doctors in Jacksonville. Always helpful and seems to be interested in your needs and concerns. They make you feel better after answering your questions.

Dr. Kitay and his team were punctual, professional, and informative. The office is organized and highly efficient. Consultation, explanation of options, and recommendations were presented clearly and questions were answered in a helpful, understandable manner. I am pleased with the outcome and very impressed with the entire office experience ( a rare example in the current environment of tedious inefficiency in most medical experiences).
I highly recommend Dr. Kitay and his JOI team.

On time appointment was important, & I was lead to an exam room at precisely my appointed time. Knee X-rays were taken prior to meeting the doctor.
Doctor examined xrays, and was informative from the beginning of our visit, explaining he could see swelling in my knee immediately. He asked several questions about the location of my pain & timing of pain. Doctor had a gentle & compassionate manner. Gave an excellent knee injection, my first, & I was nervous. The injection has helped significantly after the first 24 hours. I was instructed to contact his assistant if the injection wears off in 4-6 weeks, & an MRI would be ordered prior to having another appointment with the doctor. I recommend Dr John VonnTron. He has a very nice doctor-patient demeanor.
Dr. Hastings has been a God-send for many years. I trust him implicitly.
