I had an MRI and emergent referral on Monday 05-20-24 to Dr. Kambach for a herniated disc and extreme pain. My appt was set for Wednesday 05-22-24. I arrived at 0945 for my 1000 appt and was actually taken into an exam room by 1000. Dr Kambach and his team were amazing. We had a plan in place and I was out the door by 1035. By the time I reached home several hours later the billing team had secured authorization for my ESI and were calling me to schedule! I am 47 years old and have worked in healthcare as a RN the last 10 years and this was easily my most impressive healthcare experience to date.
