This was my first visit to JOI and the waiting room was full but the wait was not long.The doctor was thorough and to the point.

The efficiency and professionalism are excellent. I did not like not knowing which person I would see for my appointment. I had expected to see Dr. Kaplan and for the first visit another PA came in. I think it is important to communicate this change to patients. (The PA was terrific that wasn't a problem, but I believe that I needed to know this could happen.)

I have had several occasions where I needed Orthopedic Experts to fix the injuries I sustained.
Word of mouth and research led me to JOI. Starting with Dr Whitaker and Dr. Steinberg who both performed the needed repairs and explained everything to me at a level I could understand. I will continue to take my needs to the Pros at JOI.
