This was an appointment for a follow up to a sacrum fracture for my Mom after an abysmal experience at UF/Shands. Everyone was wonderful and kind and clear and made more happen in 24 hours than UF could muster in 12 days. I had both of my hips replaced over 2 years ago and was very comfortable and confident taking my 85 year old Mom there
