It was quick and easy
Office staff was very pleasant, Doug is always attentive and listens to your concerns. The only problem I had was when trying to make the appointment via phone. The person who answered my call twice didn't have the accurate information to schedule appointments for Doug. She wasn't aware of his schedule. I had to make an appointment on another day other than my preferred day of Wednesdays (my day off).
Dr.Tanner Waternan was wonderful listened and explained everything!

All interactions were POSITIVE and above expectations. Dr. Yorio and his able assistant Ms. Roxee exhibited professional knowledge and technique ; were patient and took the time to explain all the treatments, blood work and x-ray results , along with the prescribed medication. I am contemplating requesting him to be my primary physician. I will recommend his office to all my associates when appropriate. I wish all my medical visits were as positive as my visit to his office. If possible, please forward this review to Dr. Yorio and Ms. Roxee. Thank you.

Professionalism
Dr. Picerno and the staff are excellent. I was taken back to the treatment room at my scheduled appointment time, I was initially screened right away (med history, today's issue, etc.) and was taken for x-rays within 5 minutes. A short time later, Dr. Picerno entered the treatment room, introduced himself, asked me to describe the issue I was experiencing, showed me the x-ray results, explained what was happening, and provided the treatment. Great experience.
Mike MCarthy was very thorough in his explanations and treatment options. Never felt hurried
Quality and knowledge
Dr Crenshaw has taken care of me for 14 years after a fall from a ladder. He has rendered expert care along the way including knee replacement surgery 10 years ago. His expert surgical care and caring nature are unrivaled .
